The school day begins at 7:55 AM.

and ends at 2:23 PM. 

On Tuesdays students will be dismissed at 1:20 PM.

Please make the necessary arrangements to drop off and pick up students on time!

L.A. Unified needs your opinion: when should the school year start and end? Tell us in a quick survey.  Surveys will go home on Monday, September 18, 2017. Please return them with your child as soon as possible.

There will be no school on Thursday, September 21, 2017 in observance of Rosh Hashanah.


Classes will resume on Friday, September 22, 2017.

We will be having our first Star Student Awards Assembly on

Friday, October 6, 2017.

We want to cordially invite you to join us in celebrating our students' achievements in our school auditorium. The assemblies are as follows:

Grades K/1: 8:00 AM

Grades 2/3: 8:30 AM

Grades 4/5: 9:00 AM

Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 8:00 A.M. in the library.

School attendance is important to student achievement. Students who develop patterns of good attendance are more likely to be successful academically and socially. When students attend school, they get better grades, score better on standardized tests and are more likely to go to college.
